Do I need to have permission forms for any events?

For normal, Sunday evening Youth Group, you do not need a permission form.But for any event that is overnight or off property, you do need a permission form. the required forms can be found on the event page or by contacting Eric Travis @ 866-5133 ext 104 or eric@cecyouth.org
