| Living My Faith
"Living My Faith" is an ongoing educational and outreach experience that allows people of all ages to answer God's calling to serve their community with compassion & charity through Christ. On Sunday Feb 24th, the young people of Christ Church hosted a Family Party for the Parenting Life Skills Center program recipients. We served pizza, took family portraits and gave them to the participants. We also had carnival games, arts & crafts and bracelet making. 28 youth and adults from Christ Church helped to make it a wonderful event for the almost 50 people who showed up. Now, don't think that this will be the last time you see a "Living My Faith" event! Over the next two years, we will be planning and participating in various events that will continue to focus on the 5 key themes of Living My Faith: Community, Compassion, Charity, Calling & Christ. |
